OPLOS CORE LTD (“we”, “us”) operates this website. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

The contact form
When you send us an enquiry, we collect and store:
- your name and email address;
- your company name and phone number;
- the message you write;
- the date and time you sent it;
- your IP address and browser identification string.
Why. We use your name, contact details and message to reply to you and to have the conversation you asked for. We record the IP address and browser string only to identify and block automated abuse of the form.
Lawful basis. Our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you chose to send us, and in protecting the website from abuse.
How long. We keep enquiries for 24 months, then delete them automatically. We will delete yours sooner if you ask.
Who sees it. Only us. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
The demo assistants
This site hosts demonstration chat assistants for fictional businesses — a florist, a plumber, an estate agent and a stock manager. They exist to show what we build. They are not real businesses and no real service is provided through them.
Please do not type real personal details into a demo. Use made-up names, phone numbers and addresses.
When you use a demo:
- Your messages are sent to a third-party AI provider in order to generate a reply. That provider processes the text you type and may store it for a limited period under its own terms. The provider may operate outside the United Kingdom, so your messages may be transferred abroad.
- The conversation is held in your website session on our server, so the assistant can follow the thread.
- If you book a demo appointment, the name, phone number and address you type are stored so the demo can show you the booking. These are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
- Demo bookings are visible only within your own browser session. Other visitors cannot see them.
Cookies
We use two cookies, both strictly necessary for the site to work. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
- sessionid — keeps your place during a demo conversation.
- csrftoken — a security measure that stops another website submitting our contact form on your behalf.
Because both are strictly necessary, we do not ask for consent to set them. You can block cookies in your browser, but the demos and the contact form will then stop working.
Server logs
Our web server records each request, including the IP address, the page requested, the time and the browser identification string. These logs keep the site secure and help us diagnose faults. They are kept for a short period and then overwritten.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email info@oploscore.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first, so we can put it right.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
